Data security is a shared responsibility. Clients are expected to:

1. Provide software access only through authorized and secure methods
2. Use strong and unique passwords
3. Enable multi-factor authentication wherever available
4. Remove access for former employees, contractors, or unauthorized users
5. Inform us promptly about suspicious activity or unauthorized access
6. Avoid sending passwords or sensitive information through unsecured communication channels

These platforms maintain their own privacy, security, data storage, and access practices. VRSapients does not control and cannot guarantee the security, availability, performance, or data-handling practices of third-party providers.
Clients should review the privacy and security policies of the platforms they authorize us to use.
