8. Fees and Payments

Fees, billing frequency, payment terms, taxes, and reimbursement of expenses shall be governed by the applicable engagement documents. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services until outstanding amounts are cleared.

9. Third-Party Software

We may work with platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Zoho Books, Stripe, Gusto, ADP, and similar software. We are not responsible for downtime, software defects, data loss, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

10. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Confidential information will not be disclosed except where required by law, authorized by the client, or necessary for providing agreed services.

11. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable security practices for handling electronic records. However, no internet transmission or cloud storage solution can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Clients acknowledge the inherent risks associated with electronic communication.

12. Intellectual Property
